Privacy policy
This policy explains what information Switchback Labs LLC ("Switchback Labs," "we," or "us") collects through switchbacklabs.co (the "site") and how we use it.
The site is informational only. It sells nothing, has no user accounts, and has no forms. We collect very little, and we've tried to say exactly what that is.
1. Information we collect
Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to read and reply to your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical details when someone visits the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site and to keep it secure and working.
2. What we don't do
3. When information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and handle email, such as our hosting and email providers, and only as needed for that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Switchback Labs or others.
4. How long we keep information
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a limited time under its own policies.
5. Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to delete emails you've sent us. Write to switchbacklabs.admin@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
6. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
7. Other websites and our products
The site links to other websites, including braincanvas.co. This policy covers switchbacklabs.co only. It doesn't cover other websites or Switchback Labs products, which may have their own policies.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we receive. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top.
10. Contact
