These terms apply to your use of switchbacklabs.co (the "site"), which is owned and operated by Switchback Labs LLC ("Switchback Labs," "we," or "us"), a Utah limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

  1. 1. About the site

    The site is informational only. It describes Switchback Labs and its products. Nothing is sold through the site, and it has no user accounts.

  2. 2. Using the site

    You're welcome to read and share the site. Please don't:

    • Use the site for anything unlawful.
    • Try to interfere with the site, overload it, or get into parts of it or its systems that aren't meant to be public.
    • Copy or reuse the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

  3. 3. Our content and names

    The site's text, design, and graphics, and the Switchback Labs, Brain Canvas, and Surfaces names and logos, belong to Switchback Labs LLC or are used with permission. These terms don't give you any right to use them, except to view and share the site as described above.

  4. 4. Our products

    Brain Canvas, Surfaces, and other Switchback Labs products are separate from this site. Using them may be subject to their own terms. Product descriptions on this site are general information and may change.

  5. 5. Links to other websites

    The site links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

  6. 6. No warranties

    The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We try to keep it accurate and working, but we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free, complete, or up to date. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or other professional advice.

  7. 7. Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent the law allows, Switchback Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it.

  8. 8. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

  9. 9. Changes to these terms

    If we change these terms, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
